Betoniruuvi UltraCut FBS II SK

fischer betoniruuvi UltraCut FBS II SK on tehokas ankkuri vaivattomalla asennuksella. Uppokanta mahdollistaa käytön visuaalisesti vaativissa ankkuroinneissa. ETA-hyväksyntä halkeilleelle ja halkeilemattomalle betonille ja seismisille kuormille, sekä luokittelu palonkestävyysluokkaan R 120 takaavat entistä enemmän turvallisuutta. Sahan hampaiden muotoilu mahdollistaa nopean ja helpon asennuksen. Porareiän puhdistusta ei tarvita kattojen ja lattioiden asennuksissa. Laajentumaton ankkurointijärjestelmä sallii matalat reuna- ja aksiaalietäisyydet.

Edut

Jopa kolmella eri upotussyvyydellä UltraCut FBS II US sallii saman ruuvin käytön osien eri paksuuksilla.
Sahan hampaiden erityinen muotoilu mahdollistaa nopean purennan betoniin.
Porareikien puhdistusta ei tarvita pystysuorissa asennuksissa (katto ja lattia). Lattioiden kiinnityksissä reikä tulee porata porareiän halkaisijan kolmenkertaiseen syvyyteen.
Laajentumaton ankkurointijärjestelmä sallii matalat reuna- ja aksiaalietäisyydet.
ETA-hyväksyntä kattaa sovellukset halkeilleessa betonissa sekä seimisissä voimaluokissa C1 ja C2.
Betoniruuvin hyväksytty säätö sallii ruuvin irti ruuvaamisen kahdesti jopa 20 mm pituudella, jopa 10 mm paksuisten tiivisteiden asettamiseksi pohjalevyn alle, tai liitettävän osan linjaukseen.
Tarkastusmittari sallii hyväksynnän kattaman käytön väliaikaisissa kiinnityksissä (esim. kallistetuilla tuilla).
Betoniruuvilla FBS II 6-10 sinkityllä teräksellä, useasti pinnoitetulla teräksellä CP ja ruostumattomalla teräksellä R on ETA tiilelle ja savelle (EN771-1), kiinteälle ja kalkkikivitiilelle (EN771-2) ja rei’itetylle kalkkitiilelle (EN771-2), jolloin käyttö eri alustoilla on joustavaa.

Toimintaperiaate / asennus

UltraCut FBS II suositellaan käytettäväksi läpityönnettävissä asennuksissa.
Porareikien puhdistusta ei tarvita pystysuorissa asennuksissa (katto ja lattia). Lattioiden kiinnityksissä reikä tulee porata porareiän halkaisijan kolmenkertaiseen syvyyteen.
Asennukseen suositellaan tangentiaalisen iskuavaimen käyttöä sopivalla kannalla tai sisäisellä TX-profiililla.
Ruuvi on oikein asennettu, kun ruuvin kanta istuu pinnan mukaisesti.
