Betoniruuvi UltraCut FBS II CP US

fischer UltraCut FBS II CP US betoniruuvilla on innovatiivinen pinnoitus, ja se on tehokas ankkuri nopeaan asennukseen, paremmalla korroosionsuojalla. ETA-hyväksyntä halkeilleelle ja halkeilemattomalle betonille ja seismisille kuormille, sekä luokittelu palonkestävyysluokkaan R 120 takaavat entistä enemmän turvallisuutta. Sahan hampaiden muotoilu mahdollistaa nopean ja helpon asennuksen. Porareiän puhdistusta ei tarvita kattojen ja lattioiden asennuksissa. Laajentumaton ankkurointijärjestelmä sallii matalat reuna- ja aksiaalietäisyydet.

Innovatiivinen pinnoitus takaa lisäsuojan korroosiota vastaan sinkittyyn teräsbetoniruuviin FBS II verrattuna (todistettu myös yli 2000 tunnin suolasuihketestillä).
Sahan hampaiden erityinen muotoilu mahdollistaa nopean purennan betoniin.
ETA-hyväksyntä kattaa sovellukset halkeilleessa betonissa sekä seimisissä voimaluokissa C1 ja C2.
Porareiän puhdistus ei ole tarpeen pystysuorissa asennuksissa (lattia ja katto) sekä onttoja poria käytettäessä. Lattioiden kiinnityksissä reikä tulee porata porareiän halkaisijan kolmenkertaiseen syvyyteen.
Hyväksynnän mukainen säätö sallii betoniruuvin irti ruuvaamisen kahdesti fikstuurin vahvistamisesksi tai säätämiseksi.
Hyväksytyt upotussyvyydet sallivat ruuvien käytön useissa eri sovelluksissa, taaten erinomaisen joustavuuden.
Betoniruuvilla FBS II 6-10 sinkityllä teräksellä, useasti pinnoitetulla teräksellä CP ja ruostumattomalla teräksellä R on ETA tiilelle ja savelle (EN771-1), kiinteälle ja kalkkikivitiilelle (EN771-2) ja rei’itetylle kalkkitiilelle (EN771-2), jolloin käyttö eri alustoilla on joustavaa.
Sinkityn, useasti pinnoitetun tai ruostumattomasta teräksestä R valmistettu betoniruuvi FBS II 6-10 voidaan asentaa tiileen liitoksista tai rapatuilla alustoilla myös ryhmissä.

Toimintaperiaate / asennus

UltraCut FBS II CP US soveltuu läpityönnettävään asennukseen.
Porareiän puhdistus ei ole tarpeen lattian ja katon asennuksissa, tai onttoja poria käytettäessä. Lattioiden kiinnityksissä reikä tulee porata porareiän halkaisijan kolmenkertaiseen syvyyteen.
Asennukseen suositellaan tangentiaalisen iskuavaimen käyttöä sopivalla mutterilla (suositus: fischer FSS 18V).
Ruuvi on oikein asennettu, kun ruuvin kanta istuu pinnan mukaisesti.
