ULTRACUT FBS II US -betoniruuvi on tehokas ankkurointiratkaisu, jolla on huippuluokan mukavuutta. Betoniruuvi, jossa on puristettu aluslevy, sopii erinomaisesti urien kiinnittämiseen ja puurakenteiden ankkurointiin sekä palkkeihin ja silltoihin. Euroopan tekninen hyväksyntä halkeilevalle betonille ja halkeilemattomalle betonille sekä seismisille kuormille ja luokittelulle palonkestävyysluokkaan R 120 takaavat entistä turvallisemman. Sahan hampaiden geometria mahdollistaa nopean ja helpon asennuksen. Kattoon ja lattiaan asennettaessa ei tarvita porausreiän puhdistusta. Laajentumaton ankkurointijärjestelmä mahdollistaa matalan reunan ja aksiaalisen etäisyyden.

Advantages

Top flexibility with regard to load and fixture thickness due to up to three approved embedment depths.
The special saw tooth geometry enables fast cutting into the concrete.
No drill hole cleaning is required for installation in ceilings or floors, or use of hollow drills with suction.
The expansion-free anchorage (undercut) ensures really low edge and axial clearances.
The ETA approval covers applications in cracked concrete and seismic power categories C1 and C2.
Approval-compliant adjustment allows the concrete screw to be undone twice and the fixture to be underlaid or adjusted.
The national approval allows multiple usage for temporary anchorings (for example, formwork construction).

Asennusohje

Functionality

The ULTRACUT FBS II is suitable for push-through installation.
Drill hole cleaning is not required for installation in ceilings and floors. For drill holes in floors, you must drill 3x deeper than the drill diameter.
For the installation, we recommend a tangential impact driver with a compatible socket or a special TORX bit.
If the screw head is in contact with the fixture, the correct installation of the screw is ensured (visual setting check).
