Yleiskäyttöinen kaikkiin betonirakenteisiin

Hartsikapseli RSB on Superbond-System FSB: n järjestelmäkomponentti, jolla voidaan lisätä suuria kuormituksia halkeilemassa ja murtumattomassa betonissa. Eurooppalainen tekninen hyväksyntä Vaihtoehto 1 krakatun betonin, mukaan lukien suorituskykyluokan C1 seismisten kuormien, ja palonkestävyysluokan R120 luokittelun ansiosta lisää turvallisuutta. Esimerkiksi raskaat teräsrakenteet, ääniesteet ja korkeat hyllyt kiinnitetään hartsikapseleilla. Kiinnittimet kiinnitetään kierteellä varustetulla kierretangolla RG M ja sisäisellä kierteitetyllä ankkurilla RG MI. fischer tarjoaa tavallisen kapselin ja lyhyen kapselin. Suurempien kuormien käyttöönottoon voidaan porata reikään kaksi lyhyttä kapselia. Lyhyt kovettumisaika tarkoittaa, että nopea työ on edelleen mahdollista.

Advantages

The pre-portioned resin capsule RSB is especially cost-effective for individual applications and overhead installations.
The ideal solution for difficult conditions and installations with no waiting time due to fast hardening: Approval-compliant processing down to -30°C, also approved for water-filled and diamond-drilled holes as well as for seismic applications in performance category C1 (only in conjunction with RG M).
For each diameter, up to three anchorage depths can be realised with the threaded rod RG M through a combination of the resin capsules RSB mini.
The use of the internal threaded anchor RG M I enables the surface-flush removal of the fixture and the reuse of the fixing point.

Functionality

The 2-component resin capsules RSB and RSB mini contain vinyl ester hybrid mortar with silane technology. They are suitable for pre-positioned installation.
During setting, the oblique edge of the anchoring element destroys the capsule, and mixes and activates the mortar.
The glass particles of the capsule body roughen the inside of the drill hole, which reduces the cleaning effort to just four blowing passes.
The mortar bonds the entire surface of the anchor rod with the drill hole wall and seals the drill hole.
